Develop and implement innovative sales strategy to achieve sales target of Residential & Commercial projects of the Company.
Participate in various events & exhibitions to promote sales of the Company.
Ensure smooth sales administration in terms of billing, collections, customer correspondences, MIS reports etc.
Ensure timely collection of due amount from sold Flats / Shops.
Monitor the sales activities for the project and resolve any issues that may arise.
Tie up with banks / financial institutes for projects APF.
Provide regular feedback on potential Sales and operating issues to Management.
The candidate should also have good knowledge and exposure in After Sales Customer Care and services related activities to facilitate smooth handover of possession to customer.
Desired Profile
The Candidate should be Graduate and preferably be MBA in Marketing with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Real estate company preferably in Mumbai.
The Candidate should have successful track record of heading sales department.
